1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the website mathuravrindavantourspackages.com or booking a tour with Mathura Vrindavan Tours Packages, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the customer) and Mathura Vrindavan Tours Packages (the service provider). If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please do not proceed with a booking or use our website.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Booking and Confirmation
The following conditions apply to all tour bookings made with us:
- A booking is initiated when you submit an enquiry form, call us or contact us on WhatsApp with your tour requirements.
- The booking is confirmed only after advance payment is received and a written confirmation is sent by our team.
- Please verify all details including date, pickup time, vehicle type and itinerary before making payment.
- Bookings should ideally be made at least 48 hours before the travel date for smooth cab and driver arrangements.
- Last-minute bookings within 24 hours are subject to vehicle availability and may attract additional charges.
- Group bookings for 10 or more persons require a minimum of 3 to 5 days advance notice.
3. Pricing and Payment
Our pricing and payment terms are as follows:
- All package prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and include the inclusions mentioned in the respective package page.
- Prices are per vehicle, not per person, unless mentioned otherwise.
- An advance payment of typically 20 to 30 percent of total package cost is required to confirm the booking.
- The remaining amount is payable to the driver on the day of travel before the tour begins.
- Prices may vary for festival seasons such as Holi, Janmashtami and Diwali, weekends or last-minute bookings.
- All toll, parking and driver allowance charges are included in the package unless otherwise stated.
- Meals, guide charges, entry tickets and personal expenses are excluded unless specifically mentioned in inclusions.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:
- 72+ hours before travel date: Full advance refund minus payment gateway charges if applicable.
- 48 to 72 hours before travel date: 50% of advance amount refunded.
- 24 to 48 hours before travel date: 25% of advance amount refunded.
- Within 24 hours of travel date: No refund applicable.
- No Show: If the traveller does not show up at the agreed pickup point and time, no refund will be provided.
- Cancellations must be communicated in writing via WhatsApp or email for a refund request to be processed.
- Refunds if applicable will be processed within 5 to 7 working days to the original payment method.
- In case of tour cancellation by us due to extreme weather or emergency, a full refund will be provided.
5. Vehicle and Driver Policy
The following terms apply to vehicles and drivers:
- We provide clean, air-conditioned private vehicles driven by verified and experienced drivers.
- The vehicle type confirmed at the time of booking will be arranged. In case of breakdown or emergency, an equivalent or better vehicle will be substituted.
- Our drivers are familiar with Braj region routes, temple timings and local traffic conditions.
- Passengers must treat the vehicle and driver with respect. Any damage caused by passengers will be charged separately.
- Smoking, alcohol consumption and loud behaviour is strictly not allowed inside the vehicle.
- The driver will follow the agreed itinerary. Changes during the tour are subject to driver availability and extra charges if applicable.
- Maximum passenger capacity of the vehicle must not be exceeded at any point during the tour.
6. Itinerary and Tour Changes
Our itinerary terms are as follows:
- The itinerary shared at the time of booking is indicative and may be adjusted based on temple timings, traffic, crowd, weather or your pace.
- We reserve the right to alter or substitute any site included in the itinerary without prior notice due to external circumstances beyond our control.
- Temple darshan timing, VIP queue entry and crowd management are beyond our control and may affect the planned schedule.
- If you wish to add or skip any destination during the tour, please inform the driver and it will be arranged based on feasibility.
- Extra kilometres or additional hours beyond the agreed package will be charged at the applicable per km or per hour rate.
7. Passenger Responsibilities
As a traveller booking our tour services, you are responsible for the following:
- Being present at the agreed pickup point at the specified time. Delays beyond 30 minutes may affect the itinerary.
- Carrying valid government-issued ID proof for all adult travellers, required at some temples and hotels.
- Following temple dress codes and rules of conduct at all religious sites visited during the tour.
- Informing us in advance about any special needs, medical conditions or mobility requirements for senior citizens.
- Keeping personal belongings safe during the tour. We are not responsible for any loss or theft of personal items.
- Providing accurate pickup location, contact number and group size at the time of booking.
8. Liability and Disclaimer
Our liability terms are as follows:
- Mathura Vrindavan Tours Packages acts as a travel facilitator and is not liable for any accidents, injuries, illness or loss of life during the tour.
- We are not responsible for delays, route changes or cancellations caused by traffic, weather, government orders, strikes or force majeure events.
- We are not liable for any loss, damage or theft of personal belongings during the tour.
- The company maximum liability in any case shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific booking in question.
We strongly recommend travellers to carry appropriate travel insurance for medical coverage during their journey.
9. Festival Tour Special Terms
Special terms apply for festival season tours including Holi, Janmashtami, Radhashtami and Kartik month:
- Festival packages require full advance payment at the time of booking due to high demand and limited availability.
- Cancellation within 7 days of a festival date is non-refundable.
- Festival route timings, temple access and crowd management are beyond our control. The itinerary may change significantly on festival days.
- Prices for festival season tours are higher than standard packages due to demand and operational challenges.
10. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mathura, Uttar Pradesh, India.
