Arrive in Mathura and check in to your hotel. After freshening up begin the most sacred stop of the entire Braj circuit — Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi, the believed exact birthplace of Lord Krishna. The temple complex includes the Katra Keshav Dev shrine and a spacious prayer hall filled with a deeply devotional morning atmosphere of chanting and incense. After Janmabhoomi visit the iconic Dwarkadhish Temple famous for its beautifully painted ceilings and vibrant morning aarti. In the evening attend the Yamuna aarti at Vishram Ghat on the banks of the holy Yamuna — one of the most spiritually moving riverside rituals in all of Mathura. Return to hotel for dinner and overnight rest.
After breakfast drive to Vrindavan for darshan at the legendary Banke Bihari Temple, the ancient Radha Raman Temple and the mystical Nidhivan sacred forest. After Vrindavan visit the grand ISKCON temple for the afternoon aarti and the magnificent Prem Mandir — stay until after sunset for the spectacular coloured light illumination. Drive to Govardhan for darshan at Mansi Ganga and Radha Kund. Then visit Barsana for darshan at the hilltop Radha Rani Temple — also known as Ladli Lal Temple — with breathtaking panoramic views of the Braj countryside from the summit. Return to hotel for dinner and rest.
After breakfast visit Nandgaon — the village of Nanda Maharaj — for darshan at the hilltop Nand Bhavan temple complex. Then drive to Gokul across the Yamuna where infant Krishna was secretly raised. Visit Raman Reti, Thakurani Ghat and Nand Bhavan in Gokul. After completing the Braj circuit begin the drive to Ayodhya — approximately 350 kilometres from Mathura, around 6 to 7 hours. Arrive in Ayodhya and check in to hotel. If time permits proceed for a brief evening visit to Ram Ki Paidi ghat on the sacred Saryu river before dinner and overnight rest.
Dedicate Day 4 fully to Ayodhya darshan. Begin at the newly built Ram Mandir — the most anticipated temple of modern India, constructed at the believed exact birthplace of Lord Ram. The grandeur and spiritual energy of the Ram Mandir complex is deeply moving for every pilgrim. After Ram Mandir visit Hanuman Garhi — the hilltop Hanuman temple considered the guardian of Ayodhya. Then proceed to Kanak Bhavan — a beautifully maintained temple with golden-crowned deities of Ram and Sita. Visit Dashrath Mahal and end the day with the Saryu river aarti at Ram Ki Paidi ghat — a deeply devotional evening experience in the holy city.
After an early breakfast drive to Chitrakoot — approximately 260 kilometres from Ayodhya and around 5 hours. Chitrakoot is the forest where Lord Ram spent 11 of his 14 years of exile with Sita and Lakshmana. Check in to hotel and begin the Chitrakoot circuit with the Kamadgiri Parikrama — the sacred circumambulation of Kamadgiri Hill which is deeply revered by Ram devotees. Visit Ramghat on the Mandakini river — the most important ghat in Chitrakoot — along with Janaki Kund, Sphatik Shila and Gupt Godavari. Attend the evening aarti at Ramghat before returning to hotel for dinner and overnight rest.
After breakfast drive to Prayagraj — approximately 130 kilometres from Chitrakoot and around 3 hours. Check in to hotel and proceed directly to the Triveni Sangam — the most sacred confluence in all of Hinduism where the Ganga, Yamuna and the invisible Saraswati rivers meet. A boat ride to the actual sangam point is one of the most meaningful spiritual experiences of the entire tour. Take a holy dip at the Sangam — considered one of the most significant acts a Hindu pilgrim can perform. Visit the famous Lethabar Hanuman Mandir and Allahabad Fort before returning to hotel for dinner and overnight rest.
Begin the morning with a second visit to Triveni Sangam for a peaceful boat ride and morning prayers on the sacred waters. Visit Anand Bhavan — the historic residence of the Nehru family now converted into a museum — and the Chandrashekhar Azad Park nearby. After completing the Prayagraj circuit drive to Varanasi — approximately 120 kilometres and around 2 to 3 hours. Arrive in Varanasi and check in to hotel. In the evening attend the magnificent Dashashwamedh Ghat Ganga aarti — the most anticipated spiritual highlight of the Varanasi visit — before returning to hotel for dinner and rest.
Begin Day 8 with an early morning sunrise boat ride on the sacred Ganga — one of the most iconic spiritual experiences of any Varanasi visit. Watch the ancient city come alive as pilgrims perform their morning rituals on the ghats in the golden dawn light. After the boat ride proceed for darshan at the Kashi Vishwanath Temple — one of the twelve Jyotirlinga shrines and the most revered temple in all of Varanasi. Spend the rest of the morning exploring Manikarnika Ghat, Sankat Mochan Hanuman Temple and the sacred lanes of the old Varanasi. Return to hotel for lunch and an afternoon rest before a second evening aarti at Dashashwamedh Ghat.
After breakfast visit Sarnath — approximately 10 kilometres from Varanasi — where Lord Buddha delivered his first sermon after attaining enlightenment under the Bodhi tree at Bodh Gaya. The Dhamek Stupa, Mulagandha Kuti Vihara and Sarnath Museum make this a historically and spiritually enriching excursion. After Sarnath begin the long drive to Haridwar — approximately 750 kilometres and 10 to 12 hours by cab. Arrive in Haridwar late evening and check in to your hotel for overnight rest.
Begin Day 10 in Haridwar with a morning bath at Har Ki Pauri on the sacred Ganga. Visit Mansa Devi Temple atop Bilwa Parvat by cable car — one of Haridwar's most revered Shakti shrines with breathtaking views of the Ganga cityscape below. After Mansa Devi visit Chandi Devi Temple on Neel Parvat by cable car for panoramic Shivalik views and another important Shakti darshan. Spend the afternoon at the Haridwar ghats and market. In the evening attend the world-famous Har Ki Pauri Ganga aarti — a deeply moving ritual with thousands of oil lamps, conch shells and devotional chanting filling the sacred riverside air. After breakfast drive to Rishikesh, approximately 25 kilometres from Haridwar. Check in to your Rishikesh hotel and begin the sightseeing with visits to the iconic Laxman Jhula and Ram Jhula suspension bridges across the crystal clear Ganga. Visit Triveni Ghat for the peaceful riverside atmosphere and the evening aarti. After the ghat visit drive to the Neelkanth Mahadev Temple area — one of the most revered Shiva temples in Uttarakhand, set amid dense forests above Rishikesh on a scenic mountain road — for a deeply meaningful final temple darshan of this grand North India pilgrimage.
