Arrive in Mathura and check in to your hotel. After freshening up begin your Mathura darshan at Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi — the believed exact birthplace of Lord Krishna. The temple complex includes the Katra Keshav Dev shrine and a spacious prayer hall filled with a deeply devotional morning atmosphere of chanting and incense. After Janmabhoomi visit the iconic Dwarkadhish Temple famous for its beautifully painted ceilings and vibrant morning aarti. Allow sufficient time at each temple for a calm and unhurried darshan. In the evening attend the Yamuna aarti at Vishram Ghat — one of the most spiritually moving riverside rituals in all of Mathura — before returning to hotel for dinner and rest.
After breakfast drive to Vrindavan, approximately 15 kilometres from Mathura. Begin at the legendary Banke Bihari Temple — one of the most spiritually charged temples in India with a unique swinging curtain darshan style. Cameras and mobile phones are not permitted inside. After Banke Bihari visit the ancient Radha Raman Temple with its intimate and serene atmosphere and the mystical Nidhivan sacred forest where the extraordinary legends of Krishna's nightly Raas Leela are shared by a local guide.
After lunch visit the grand ISKCON Vrindavan temple for the afternoon aarti followed by the magnificent Prem Mandir — stay until after sunset for the spectacular coloured light illumination of the white marble complex. After Prem Mandir drive to Govardhan for darshan at Mansi Ganga and Radha Kund. Return to hotel for dinner and overnight rest to prepare for the long drive to Ayodhya the following morning.
After an early breakfast check out and drive to Ayodhya — approximately 350 kilometres from Mathura, around 6 to 7 hours by cab. Arrive in Ayodhya and check in to your hotel. After freshening up proceed for darshan at the newly built Ram Mandir — the most anticipated temple of modern India, constructed at the believed exact birthplace of Lord Ram. The grandeur and spiritual energy of the Ram Mandir complex is deeply moving for all pilgrims. After Ram Mandir visit Hanuman Garhi — the hilltop Hanuman temple considered the guardian of Ayodhya — and end the evening with the Saryu river aarti at Ram Ki Paidi ghat.
After breakfast spend the morning exploring more of Ayodhya's rich sacred geography. Visit Kanak Bhavan — a beautifully maintained temple believed to have been personally gifted to Sita by Kaikeyi — which houses exquisite golden-crowned deities of Ram and Sita in a deeply devotional atmosphere. Visit Dashrath Mahal — the palace of King Dashrath — and take a peaceful boat ride on the sacred Saryu river to see the ghats and the beautifully illuminated temples of Ayodhya from the water before driving to Prayagraj in the afternoon.
After lunch drive to Prayagraj, approximately 160 kilometres from Ayodhya and around 3 to 4 hours. Check in to your Prayagraj hotel and if time permits proceed directly to the Triveni Sangam — the most sacred confluence in all of Hinduism where the Ganga, Yamuna and the invisible Saraswati meet. A boat ride to the actual sangam point is one of the most meaningful spiritual experiences of the entire tour. Return to hotel for dinner and overnight rest.
Begin the morning with a holy dip at Triveni Sangam — considered one of the most sacred acts a Hindu pilgrim can perform. After the sangam snan visit the famous Lethabar Hanuman Mandir in Prayagraj where the idol of Hanuman is uniquely submerged in water during the monsoon season. Also visit Allahabad Fort and the nearby Akshayavat — the sacred immortal banyan tree within the fort complex revered since ancient times. After completing the Prayagraj darshans drive to Varanasi, approximately 120 kilometres away and around 2 to 3 hours. Check in to your Varanasi hotel and attend the magnificent Dashashwamedh Ghat Ganga aarti in the evening.
Begin Day 6 with an early morning boat ride on the sacred Ganga at sunrise — one of the most iconic and spiritually enriching experiences of any Varanasi visit. Watch the ancient city come alive as pilgrims perform their morning rituals on the ghats in the golden light of dawn. After the boat ride proceed for darshan at the Kashi Vishwanath Temple — one of the twelve Jyotirlinga shrines of Lord Shiva and the most revered temple in all of Varanasi. Begin Day 8 in Haridwar with a morning bath at Har Ki Pauri on the sacred Ganga.
